I use third-party plugins to allow you to share content from the website to social media, and to connect you to my social media profiles if you opt to do so.
WPForms
I use this plugin to create my contact form and Mailchimp email subscription form. If you choose to sign up for my newsletter and/or to send me an enquiry through my contact form, you may provide me your name, email address and other information in order for me to respond to you.

Who we share your data with
If you choose to sign up to the newsletter with MailChimp, MailChimp will process your data in order to send you the newsletter. Otherwise, only myself and my webside administrators have access to data processed via this website and MailChimp, and the website administrators do not store your data. We will never share your data with anyone else.
How long we retain your data
If you contact me through the website, I will retain your data until you ask me to delete it, in case of the need for follow-up contact about your booking. If you sign up for the newsletter, and later unsubscribe, I will retain your email address to ensure it is excluded from future mailings. You can request me to delete it entirely, via the contact form.
What rights you have over your data
If you have signed up for the newsletter or sent an enquiry via the contact form on the site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
